"There are two forms of courage in this world. One demands that we jump into action with our armor on. The other demands that we strip ourselves bare-naked and surrender. Bravery is a curious thing."

~Jeff Brown, Soulshaping.~

It's that time of year!!  I am beginning the next round of REFLECT | NOURISH | RENEW! Gosh I love this program and the way if flows through Autumn, Winter and Spring.  I am inviting women who are sick of the same old shit to join me in cultivating a better understanding of who we are, who we want to grow into, and how to integrate that deliciousness into your days.

This is my foundational program for a reason. Change never ends. This program is about developing a skillset that empowers you to continually process learnings so they can converge into a life you want to live. To cultivate all of what you have gone through, to feed all of what you want for your life and design a practice around making it happen for you.

It means facing some of your own bullshit.  It means admitting some hard truths.  It means dreaming a little deeper, so that we can uncover what parts of you have been using all of your energy to protect you, what parts of you have been numb and what juicy delicious bits you are a little scared of to converge together and design this desire into being.

This work is hard to do alone and without ever having too! But something in you has shifted and ignoring it, or using it as an excuse is no longer an option. That's why you are ready.

What I can promise you:

  • you are worth finding

  • you are courageous

  • you will feel lost at times

  • that we will be rattling the skeleton cages

  • that we will discover desire, sensuality and pleasure

  • that we are always here when it gets tough or you need a cheerleader

  • that I will meet you where you are.

  • you will be celebrated! Every inch, crack and cackle.

What this program is not:

  • a one and done

  • a solution to all of your "problems"

  • the same for everyone

You and I are coming together to create something that only exists because of the uniqueness of both of us. So what actually am I offering?

Program Goal:

~You will know exactly what you have to do everyday to grow in the way you want to grow.

~You will be able to know when you are "off course' versus 'taking in a curiosity'

~You will know how to come back into yourself and celebrate the shit out of your delicious amazingness.

Program Length:

~6 Sessions that are typically spread across 2 months.

~Each session is 50 minutes

~Each session has homework than can take from 30 minutes to 1 hour.

A loose idea of what the program entails:

~A reflection into who you are

~Developing your Story Lens

~Creating Your Values

~Nourishing those Values through your new Lens

~Developing your growth values

~Proving our your growth values with Desire Stories

~Assigning actions and practices to develop your growth Values

~Renewing your Value Journey and Expanding your Practices to include growth.

This program is for you if:

  • you are feeling disconnected.

  • you need a guided space for reflection, anger, dreams and realities to live all at once.

  • always able to find (and believe) excuses why you don't have time.

  • you need someone to help you sort through all the bullshit and be honest with you.

  • The total fees for this program is $1150 if paying in full in advance.

  • Split payments are available at $600.  Two equal payments required.

  • We do have contracts that all participants must agree and sign before coming into this program.

  • You will need to be zoom ready and free of distractions for our calls

  • All are welcome

Practicing self compassion helps us live with courage. We become less afraid of failure, less attached to good and bad and more aligned with all of us just being. We can journey into, around and through hard experiences, cultivate new meaning and learn how we can carry these meaningful truths in our lives.
