An introduction to the embodiment of grief and the importance of tuning our listening to the language of our body and to exhale that language through a creative process.

CONNECTION

Understanding the Foundations of creating this container for your Ritual. The importance of music, space and the self care after and inbetween practices.

INTENTIONALITY

Creating space for moving through the emotions of grief. Collectively we practice and holding space for each others release. This requires cameras on and active participation.

ACTION INTEGRATION

Together we hold silent space where we independently create a small piece that encapsulates what your body held, holds and releases. We honour each others creations collectively.
